Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Need a replacement or a different product? Exchanges are available depending on stock availability.

  • Please contact us before returning any item to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
